Roseville HRA Executive Director Quarterly Report <br />July-September 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Director 3 rd Quarter Highlights: <br /> <br />A significant amount of time (36 hours) in the third quarter of 2006 was spent on coordination and <br />attendance at the Citizen Advisory Group meetings. In addition, staff provided support for the <br />review of Housing Improvement Area for West wood Village (3.25 hours) and HarMar renovation <br />financing (12.25 hours). In addition, 51 hours was spent on the HRA meetings and meeting <br />preparation (report preparation, research, phone calls, attending meetings). The HRA Executive <br />prepared of two Housing Links, reviewed one Housing Redesign Application, discussed the Senior <br />Housing Regeneration Program requirements and provided background and information, including <br />attendance at one meeting, to the Vision 2025 group. There are three homes purchased under the <br />SHRP program. One is currently for sale and two have not been renovated yet. The home & <br />garden fair planning officially began in September with the hiring of Patti Sullivan. The first mailing <br />to last years exhibitors was sent and applications are currently being accepted. <br />Staff facilitated 2 loan satisfactions from the Roseville loan pool.
