<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
<br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota
<br />
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
<br />Council of the Villap;eof Poseville, Hinnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall
<br />in said Village on Tuesday, September 27, 1960, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
<br />
<br />The f0110wing members were presnet: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Carlson,
<br />Flanagan and Shields. and the following were absent: Trustee Keene.
<br />
<br />Trustee Shields then introduced and mrnred the adoption of the following
<br />resolution.

<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FUR PROJECT NO.9
<br />
<br />WHER.EAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Sanitary Sewer Imprrnrement
<br />No. 3, Project No. 9 according to the plans and specifications thereof on file
<br />in the office of the Clerk of said Village, said bids were receiired on September
<br />20, 1960 at 2:00 o'clock P.H. , opened and tabulated according to law and the
<br />following bids were received complying with the adiTertisement:
