<br />Resulution No. 39 <br /> <br />Adopted December 9, 1952 <br /> <br />WHEREAS Minnesota statutes 1949, Sec. 282, provides that forfeited lands <br />be classified as conservation or non-conservation lands and that the <br />classification be submitted to the government bodies of the governmental <br />subdivisions in which the parcels lie for approval of the classification <br />and tiE sale of the lands involved, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Land Commissioner has prepared a list dated Octover 20, 1952, <br />of forfeitures occurring on August 19, 1952, and recommends that the lands <br />contained in said list be classified as conservation land, <br /> <br />NClIT, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved that the lands contained in said list be <br />and hereby are classified as conservation lands, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this classification be submitted to the <br />governing bodies of the various governmental sub-divisions in which the <br />parcels lie for approval of said classification of the lands. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by <br />resolution dated October 30, 1952, classified as conservation land <br />certain parcels of land lying within the Village of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution together <br />with a list of the lands classified has been submitted for approval <br />of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes 1945, Section 282.01, Subidvision 1; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Classification of the land <br />shown on said list as conservation land be and hereby is approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Village Clerk be and hereby is directed <br />to file a certified copy in the Office of the County Auditor. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS, TOWN 29, RANGE 23. <br /> <br />All that part 0 f NE! of (covered by lake) <br />Beginning at center of Sec. 13; ~hence N 439.89 ft; thence W par <br />with!
