Trustee..</?--t:A!~/..u adoption: introduced the following resolution and mO'lred its Resolution No. 390 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPO'RTIONHEN'T OF ASSESSI1E~TS RELATING TO SANITARY SEidER IMPPOVEHENT NO. 2 BE IT HESOl'TED by the Village Council of the Village of 'Roseville, Ninnesota, as follows: WHEHEAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2 as last finally amended and adopted on Nmrember 9, 1959, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Hamsey County on December 10, 1959 for the purpose of in- cluding installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1960, and WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed by prpperty owners, and I.JHEHEAS the County Auditor of Hamsey Bounty requires that apportionment of original assessment "gainst each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Villap"e of Roseville in order tha.t the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to co~mence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter, NOH THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Hoseville does hereby make the following apportionment of an original assessment2s contained in said assessment roll of November 9, 1959 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: Porte Park Lots 1 & 2, Block 2 ~t2, 004. 38 No. 1497 & 1498 Apportionment: Ex.fol: beg at NE cor or lot 2; the SVQy on Ely line of sd lot 225.36 ft; th due W R5 ft; the }ffily to point on N line of sd lot 110 ft from beg; the to beg; lot 2 & all of lot 1, block 2 1,266.88
