Board and Staff Report <br />Executive Director Bennett gave a recap of the Applewood Court Open House and noted that 5 of <br />the 7 homeowners attended as well as HRA members, Council Member Tom Kough, several city <br />staff members, Ramsey County staff and neighborhood residents. <br />Chair Majerus thanked the HRA members for their participation in the first neighborhood <br />meeting with over 25 residents participating and noted that the board participation in these <br />meetings is critical to their success and provides good exposure of the purpose of the HRA. <br />10.
