<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore <br />approved and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, <br />by proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations <br />of. underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to b~ <br />installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of <br />Roseville needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the con- <br />struction, maintenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes <br />and appurtenances to an approximate depth of 15 feet, together <br />with ingress and egress over and through the following described <br />land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent <br />domain: <br /> <br />The Westerly 30 feet of the Easterly 660 feet <br />of the South 550 feet of the East 792 feet of <br />the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 4, Township 29, <br />Range 23, subject to Fairview Avenue and <br />subject to easement for drainage, to terminate <br />on August 26, 1965, or sooner upon drainage of <br />lake. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H. Loftsgaarden, attorney <br />for the Village of Roseville be authorized and directed to proceed <br />with said proceedings forthwith. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 4th day of October, 1960. <br /> <br />C:~ '--+)..
