The services of
the HRC since 2000 have assisted 1,963 residential property owners which have
resulted in over $3.2 million in additional private investment in Roseville homes
throughout the community. Many of these loan dollars were leveraged with other
bank or owner funding.
As of the end of the second quarter of 2005, participation in the HRC continues
with 169 residents served, 295 different services provided, $10,000 in 1 HRA loan
issued and $50,000 in 2 state and county loans. Technical visit activity continued
through the second quarter of 2005 with 106 visits or an average of 18 visits per
month.
2660 Civic Center Drive
Roseville, MN 55113
Phone: 651-490-2279 Fax: 651-490-2931
http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/development
