<br />REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date: 7 <br />-19-05 <br />Item No: <br />6.a. <br />Staff Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> <br />CBConsent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of Financial and Staff service fee transfer of funds for July <br />2005 (HF26) <br />Requested Action <br />1.0 <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of funds from the HRA funds to City of Roseville for financial <br />and staffing service per contract requirements for July 2005. <br />Background <br />2.0 <br />2.1The Contract for Financial Services is for a total of $2,940 or 5% of the HRA total <br />administrative Budget for 2005 of $58,800. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer <br />of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $245. The fee is transferred <br />from the HRA Fund to the General Fund of the City. <br />2.2The Contract for the Executive Director and Support staff is for a total of $45,000 for <br />2005. This includes 1/2 of the Economic Development Specialist salary and ¼ of the <br />Community Development Administrative Assistant salary plus benefits and overhead. <br />The total monthly fee is $3,750.
