Action Items <br />a.Review and approve Neighborhood Enhancement Program Action Steps (HF25) <br />Cathy Bennett reviewed the revised draft HRA policy statements and action steps recommended <br />in response to the HRA Neighborhood meeting report. She also discussed the presentation to the <br />Council by Barbara Raye, coordinator of the study and the Council comments regarding the <br />action steps. <br />Chair Majerus noted older housing stock, code enforcement; balance of housing and housing <br />rehab were discussed by the Council. <br />Member Kelsey and Member Hermes supported the goals and action steps, adding consideration <br />of inclusionary housing for reduces infill lot sizes when reviewed by the Planning Commission. <br />Member Maschka noted the strategic nature of these steps and was supportive, now getting hands <br />around an immense issue. <br />Chair Majerus thanked the residents for their participation in the process. <br />Motion: <br /> Member Kelsey moved, seconded by Member Maschka, to accept the policy statements <br />and action steps and incorporate these into final neighborhood meeting report and amended <br />housing plan. <br /> Ayes: 5 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br />b. Approval of Distribution of Funds to Senior Housing Regeneration Program for <br />Roseville in 2005 (HF33) <br />Executive Director Cathy Bennett advised the HRA that the Senior Housing Regeneration <br />Program (SHRP) through the GMHC has been very successful in Roseville to address the first <br />time homebuyer need as well as provide an easy alternative for seniors selling their home.
