<br />~d9t/ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved <br />and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation <br />of a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by <br />proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of <br />underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be <br />installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, <br />maintenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and <br />appurtenances to an approximate depth of from 18 to 20 feet, <br />together with ingress and egress over and through the following <br />described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota,under its powers of <br />eminent domain: <br /> <br />The southerly 20 feet of the northerly 53 feet of <br />the North 400 feet of that part of the NE~ of the <br />NW~ of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, lying <br />west of land platted as Lake Johanna Homes, except <br />the East 250 feet thereof. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H.
