In addition, staff conducted additional research on the <br />Rental Licensing program including meeting with other communities, GMHC for contracting and <br />ordinance drafting. Staff held meetings regarding the Senior Housing Regeneration Program with <br />HRA Board members and Realtors as well as preparations for direct mail to homeowners for the <br />Family Ownership Loan program. Approximately 145 hours was spent on the HRA meetings and <br />meeting preparation (report preparation, research, phone calls, attending meetings). In addition, <br />the HRA Executive Director prepared one Housing Link, one article for the Roseville Newsfax and <br />completed the Housing Redesign Resource Book. <br />Work began on the 2006 Home & Garden Fair including 2 meeting with the Coordinating <br />Committee, registration material preparations and completed the early bird mailing in-taking 25 <br />exhibitor registrations. Staff facilitated two loan satisfactions and one loan subordination.
