<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~39C- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved <br />and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation <br />of a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by <br />proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of <br />underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be <br />installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, main- <br />tenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances <br />to an approximate depth of 12 to 23 feet, together with ingress and <br />egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The Westerly 10 feet of Lot 8, Rolling Acres, and <br />the Easterly 10 feet of Lot 9, Rolling Acres, <br /> <br />Together with a temporary construction easement <br />of the Easterly 10 feet of the WesterlyJlO feet <br />of said Lot 8, and of the Westerly 10 feet of the <br />Easterly 20 feet of said Lot 9. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H.
