<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />Sta te of 11innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Villa,"8 of Ros8lrille, Ramsey County, IJinnesota, was <br />duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 Horth Lexington Jbrenue, St. Paul, <br />Hinnesota, on Tuesday, the 25th day of October, 1960, at 8:00 P.H. Olclock. <br />The Following members were present: Hayor Cedarholm, Carlson, <br />Keene and Shields. <br />The following vJere absent: Flanagan <br /> <br />Trustee Shields introduced the folloilJing resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 396 <br /> <br />RESOLUTDN RELATING TO APPORTImMENT OF AS.sESSNENTS REV TING TO <br />SANITARY SEINER TMPHOIJEl,iENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ninnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />~1EREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Impr~Tement No.2 as <br />last finally amended and adopted on November 9, 1959,was filed and certified <br />to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 10, 1959 for the purpose <br />of including installments thereof to be collected along 1"ri th real estate taxes <br />commencing in 1960, and <br /> <br />~{HEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment <br />roll as certified, hB:1Te since been diirided and comreyed by property owners, and <br /> <br />\'rnEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County re~uires that apportion- <br />ment of original assessment against each original tract where it has later been <br />divided, sold or conveyed by made by the Village Council of the "iTillage of Rose- <br />ville in order that the proper assessment can 1,e extended by the County Auditor <br />agajnst each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has beon comreyed and <br />divided, to commence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1960 &nd <br />thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW THEPEFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br />hereby make the following apTlprtionment of an original assessment as contained <br />in said assessment roll of November 9, 1959 against the following described <br />properties: <br /> <br />Original Assessment: <br /> <br />Subj to rds: part of SE~ Ely of NSP <br />COIS Rn1 in Sec 5, T29, R23 <br /> <br />(Assessment against E. 1725 feet of <br />So. 1938 feet only) <br /> <br />91;22,062.50 <br /> <br />No. S 9 <br />
