<br />I+, <br /> <br />ResDlution No. 40 <br /> <br />Adopted December 16, 19,2 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID ON SALE OF CERTIFTCATES AND F.I:XING <br />THE RATE OF INTEREST <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the bid of the American National Bank of St. Paul, Minnesota to <br /> <br />purchase $38,000.00 Fire and Street Equipment Certificates of Indeptedness of <br /> <br />this Village at the rate of 1.80% per cent per aIUlum and to pay therefor the sum <br /> <br />of $38,070.00 is hereby found, determined and declared to be the most favorable <br /> <br />bid received and is hereby accepted and said certificates are hereby awarded <br /> <br />to said bidder. The Village Clerk is directed to retain the deposit of said <br /> <br />bidder and to forthwith return the good faith checks or drafts to the unsuccessful <br /> <br />bidders. <br /> <br />2. The rate of interest said certificates shall bear is hereby fixed at <br /> <br />1.80, percent per annum. <br />3.
