<br />REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date: 3 <br />-16-04 <br />Item No: <br />6.a. <br />Staff Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> <br />CBConsent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of Financial and Staff service fee transfer of funds for <br />March 2004 (HF0016) <br />Requested Action <br />1.0 <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of funds from the HRA funds to City of Roseville for financial <br />and staffing service per contract requirements for March 2004. <br />Background <br />2.0 <br />2.1The Contract for Financial Services is for a total of $4,000 or 5% of the HRA total <br />Budget for 2004. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer of funds after approval by <br />the HRA. The total fee for March is $333. The fee is transferred from the HRA Fund to <br />the General Fund of the City. <br />2.2The Contract for the Executive Director and Support staff is for a total of $40,000 for <br />2004. This includes 1/3 of the Economic Development Specialist salary and ¼ of the <br />Community Development Administrative Assistant salary plus benefits and overhead. <br />The fee for March is $3,333.
