The services of
the HRC since 2000 have assisted 1,500 residential property owners which resulted
in $3 million in additional private investment in Roseville homes throughout the
community. Many of these loan dollars were leveraged with other bank or owner
funding.
In the first quarter of 2004, the participation rate in the HRC continued to rise (a
25% increase) compared to previous years with 98 residents served, $30,000 in
loans issued and $65,000 in state and county funds provided. This activity has
resulted in at least $133,000 in new investment in the community. In the first
quarter technical visits increased by 50% to 57.
2660 Civic Center Drive
Roseville, MN 55113
Phone: 651-490-2279 Fax: 651-490-2931
http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/development
