HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. __________________ <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER <br />THE ACQUISITION OF THE PROPERTY AT 2012 ELDRIDGE STREET BY <br />PROCEEDINGS IN EMINENT DOMAIN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the “Commissioners”) of the Housing <br />and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville (the "Authority") as follows: <br />Section 1. Public Hearing. <br /> 1.01. This Board shall meet on Tuesday, June 15, 2004, commencing at 7:00 o’clock p.m. <br />at the Roseville Skating Center, Fireside Room, 2661 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota <br />55113, to hold a public hearing on the proposed acquisition of the Property at 2012 Eldridge Street <br />through the Authority’s powers of eminent domain pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.012, <br />subdivision 6. <br />Section 2. Notice of Hearing. <br /> 2.01.
