Construction Timeline <br />Prepared by Frank Wu <br />Received on: May 18, 2004 <br />May 31 Meet with builder (Homeworx Partners) to review cost estimates and <br />discuss initial house plans. <br />June 14 Secure final approval of construction loan (First Federal Bank). <br />June 28 Review contract with Homeworx Partners. <br />July 5 Sign contract with Homeworx Partners. <br />July 12 Meet with Homeworx Partners’ architect on design of new home. <br />August 2 Review initial house plans with Homeworx Partners’ architect and make <br />necessary changes. <br />August 16 Final review of house plans with Homeworx Partner and discuss <br />construction plans. <br />August 23 Submit building plans and demo permit to the City of Roseville. <br />August 30 Start demolition of old house. <br />November Begin construction of new residence. <br />December Complete construction of new residence. <br />
