α­»ª·´´» ØÎß Û¨»½«¬·ª» Ü·®»½¬±®§ ¿²¼ Í«°°±®¬ ͬ¿ºº Ï«¿®¬»®´§ λ°±®¬ <br />ß°®·´ ó Ö«²» îððì <br />nd <br />Executive Director 2 Quarter Highlights: <br />A summary of the second quarter of 2004 activities includes the preparation and organization of <br />the marketing materials for interested applicants and inquiries for the Applewood Court homes, <br />ground breaking ceremony preparation, process for 2012 Eldridge eminent domain and <br />background and development of the housing link for bankers and realtors. In addition, staff <br />attended the NAHRO annual conference on behalf of the HRA as well as the Twin Lakes <br />Stakeholder panel bus tour. The Applewood Court project involved approximately 60 hours of time <br />this quarter. In addition, approximately 150 hours were spent on HRA meetings (report <br />preparation, research, attending meetings) including the preparation of information for 2012 <br />Eldridge Street case. The housing program management for the first quarter included the <br />facilitation of 2 loan satisfaction agreements for about 5 hours of management.
