EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was <br />th <br />duly called and held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 20 day of July, 2004, at7:00 p.m.. <br /> The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />Resolution No. XXX <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT A CERTAIN PARCEL IS <br />OCCUPIED BY A STRUCTURALLY SUBSTANDARD BUILDING AND <br />IS TO BE INCLUDED IN A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the “Commissioners”) of the <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville (the "Authority") as <br />follows: <br />Section 1. Recitals. <br /> 1.01 The Authority has begun proceedings to acquire the following property (the <br />"Parcel") through the exercise of the Authority’s power of eminent domain pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.012: <br /> 2012 Eldridge Street, PIN 16-29-23-22-0049 <br /> 1.02 Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174 et seq., as amended and supplemented from <br />time to time (the "Tax Increment Act") provides for the establishment of a tax increment <br />financing district as a redevelopment district. The Tax Increment Act also allows for the <br />inclusion of a parcel within a redevelopment tax increment financing district (the "District") after <br />a substandard building has been removed by complying with Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />469.174, Subd. 10(d). <br /> <br />
