<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTE~ffiER 30, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 30, <br />1968, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the fo Uowing members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4008 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Hamline Avenue <br />between the north right-of-way line of Larpenteur Avenue and the <br />south right-of-way line of Garden Avenue by replacement of a three <br />inch water main with a six inch water main and to assess the <br />benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br />ment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred <br />to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Counci 1 in a pre liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Linebarger and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />wtlliREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
