Relocate and reconstruct Ditch No. 4 where <br /> <br />it now lies in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest <br /> <br />Quarter of Section Nine, Township Twenty-nine, Range Twenty- <br /> <br />three. <br /> <br />2. Reconstruct County Ditch No. 4 and improve <br /> <br />same in its present location between Trunk Highway No. 36 <br /> <br />and County Road "BIl. <br /> <br />3. Said Petition is made pursuant to Laws 1957, <br /> <br />Chapter 682. <br /> <br />4. The Village of Roseville respectfully petitions <br /> <br />that the County engage the engineering services of Banister <br /> <br />Engineering Company, 310 North Snelling Avenue, Saint Paul, <br /> <br />Minnesota, to draw such plans and specifications as may be <br /> <br />necessary and to extract the cost all pursuant to law. <br /> <br />5. It is necessary and expedient that such ditch <br /> <br />be improved to allow additional storm water drainage along <br />
