:::";;XIY::: TO 1 j IrO. ) ~ 01 Extract of lunutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, l1lnnesota, on Wednesday, the 9th day of November, 1960, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Carlson, Flanagan, Keene and Shields; and the following were absent: None. Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and m~red its adopti on : RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONNENT OF ASSESSHENTS AS TO SANITARY SEWER D1PROVEMENT NO. 1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sev.Ter Improvement No.1, as finally amended and adopted on October 1+, 1957, was cettified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, vfHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Impr~rement No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as prmrided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the o~fice of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended hroTe been divided and cornreyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the Count,r Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing vnth an assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter. NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described properties: No. 2830 Thornton's Subdivision Lot 6 & Subj to sewer esmt: lot 7 blk 2 August Giesman's Sub & in sd Thornton's Sub. subj to sewer esmt & ex v{ly part measuring 165.2 ft on N line & 151.2 ft On SWly line; lot 23 $393.25 399.30 Original Assessment: 574.75
