EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILLlI.GE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROS EVI LIE , MINNESOTA, HElD SEPTEMBER 30, 1968 ****************************** Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, September 30, 1968, at 7:30 P. M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields and the following were absent: None MEMBER Shields moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 4012 RESOLUTION DIRECTING COUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLF COURSE roNDS, WATER IMPROVEMENT, SE.WER IMPROVEMENT AMD ICE ARENA BONDS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $27,800 in the Golf Course Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of ~7,800 from revenue received from the golf course operations in 1968; , WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $127,054 in the Water Debt Retirement Fund resulting from transfer of $40,000 from revenue received from Water Utility operations and $87,054 from greater special assessments received than anticipated; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $20,000 in the Sewer Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $20,000 from revenue received from sewer utility operations; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $35,600.00 in the Ice Arena Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $35,600 from revenue received from ice arena operations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Rosevi1le Village Council that: 1.r The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1968 Tax levy for Golf Course Bonds-1967 by $27,800 from $27,800 to O. 2. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1968 Tax levy for Water Improvement Bonds, Series 3-1963, by $110,000 from $110,000 to O.
