<br />Extract of M[nutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of M[nnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North ~xington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on M:>nday the 30th day <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Se-ptember <br /> <br />, 196JL, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />Tbe following members were present: <br /> <br />Jv1ayor HOll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Iineabarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />]one <br /> <br />Member Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4014 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO AProRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, M[nnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.-!- as finally a- <br /> <br />mended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assess- <br /> <br />ment roll have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original <br /> <br />assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the <br /> <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br /> <br />thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br /> <br />the following apportionment of original assessment against the following described <br /> <br />properties: <br />
