<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall <br /> <br />at 2701 North Iexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday the 30th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />, 196~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Coucilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Nom <br /> <br />Member Linebar~er <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4016 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.-1.. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. -1.. as amended and <br /> <br /> <br />adopted on October 13, 1961, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll <br /> <br />have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original assess- <br /> <br />ment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the pro- <br /> <br />per assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br /> <br />thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br /> <br />the following apportionment of original assessment against the following described <br /> <br />properties: <br />
