<br />make such expenditures and advances toward payment of that <br />portion of the costs of the Project to be financed from the <br />proceeds of the Bonds as the Company considers necessary, <br />including the use of interim short-term financing, subject to <br />reimbursement from the proceeds of the Bonds if and when <br />delivered but otherwise without liability on the part of the <br />city. <br /> <br />9. Notice of Public Hearinq. A public hearing on the <br />program and Project will be held at the time and place set forth <br />in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto as Exhibit A. The <br />general nature of the Project and an estimate of the principal <br />amount of bonds to be issued to finance the Project are described <br />in the attached form of Notice of Hearing. The City Clerk shall <br />cause the notice of the hearing to be given one publication in <br />the official newspaper of the City, which is a newspaper of <br />general circulation available in the City, not less than 15 days <br />nor more than 30 days prior to the date fixed for the hearing, in <br />substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, this 23rd day of August, 1993. <br /> <br />245954 <br /> <br />5 <br />
