Paul, Minnesota, on l-Dnday, <br /> <br />the 30th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />SePtember <br /> <br />, 196...!.J at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were -present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the tollowing were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Linebar~er <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4021 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Cboocil of the Village of Ibseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as tollows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 64-7 as finally a- <br />mended and adopted on October 11, 1965, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of paroels ot property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous pro- <br /> <br />perty owners and <br />
