<br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Suburban Sun, the official paper, and <br />in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertise- <br />ment shall be pUblished as required by law, shall specify the <br />work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a ca.h <br />payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be opened <br />and considered by the acting Village Yanager and Finance Director <br />at 11:30 o'clock a.m. on October 21, 1968 in the Village Hall, that <br />no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />Manager and .ae.companie<'l by a cash deposit, certified check, or <br />bid bond payable to the Manager for ten percent (10%) of the <br />amnunt of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Linebarger and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was dec~a~ed duly passed and adopted. <br />
