:jU. 403 Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Ros~Ti1le Ramsey County, Minnesota November 22, 1960 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Tuesday, the 22nd day of November, 1960, at 8:00 o~ock P.M. The follOW'ing members were presnet: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees, Carlson, Flanagan and Shields, and the following were absent: None. Trustee Shields introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUI'ION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONSAND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on August 7, 1959, the Village engineers, Banister Engineering Co., have prepared plans and specifications for Project 10 of Sanitary Sewer Im- provement No.3 and have presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Rose Tribune, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a chas payment for such work, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the council at 11:30 o'clock A.M. on December 16, 1960, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check payable to the Clerk for ten per cent (10%) of the amount of such bid and tha,t the adver- tisement shall state a completion date of July 1, 1961. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Carlson, and upon vote being taken the following voted in favor: All; and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
