<br />~.-{. <br /> <br />//b~__r I <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 7, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on flonday, <br /> <br />the 7th day of October, 1968, at 7~00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ Acting Mayor Grauel, <br />Councilmen Linebarger, Shields and Curley. <br /> <br />and the following was absent~ Mayor Moll. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Richard W.Turnlund, Village Manager; <br />Robert Bell, village attorney; Sherman Goldberg, village Public <br />Works Director; .Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company, village <br />consulting engineers, and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, <br />Village Bond Consultants. <br />The Village P2nager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Improvement No. 67-7 <br /> <br />in the Roseville Sun on September 19, <br /> <br />1968, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and <br /> <br />ordered placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certificate <br /> <br />of Hailing Notice of Hearing to all affected properf'y"'owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the con- <br /> <br />sideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br /> <br />All persons present were then given an opportunity to present <br />
