<br />/4<J~ ~O 33 \- L/ t}S t/ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 14, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 14th day of October, 1968 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Council- <br /> <br />men Curley, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Grauel. <br /> <br />Also present were: Richard W. Turnlund, Village Manager; <br /> <br />Robert Bell, village attorney; Sherman Goldberg, village Public <br /> <br />Works Director; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company, <br /> <br />village conSUlting engineers: Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & <br /> <br />Popovich, village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assess- <br /> <br />ments. All persons present were then given an opportunity to <br /> <br />present oral objections and all such Objections were tabulated <br /> <br />as follows: <br />
