<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minn~sota <br />Held October 14, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall in said village On Monday, the <br /> <br />14th day of October, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing menwers were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />Curley, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Richard W. Turnlund, Village Manager; <br />Robert Bell, village attorney; Sherman GOldberg, village Public Works <br />Director; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company, village <br />consulting engineers; Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, <br />village bond consultants. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners in connection with the assessments for Improvement <br /> <br />NO. <br /> <br />66-33 <br /> <br />, Councilman <br /> <br />Shields <br /> <br />then introduced <br /> <br />the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4035 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND <br />CONFIRI,UNG ASSESSBLN'l'S FOR <br />IHPROV:E.:r\1ENT NO. 66-33 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
