<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 14, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the <br /> <br />14th day of October, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following me\mers were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />curley, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Richard W. Turnlund, Village Manager; <br />Robert Bell, village attorney; Sherman Goldberg, village Public Works <br />Director; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company, village <br />consulting engineers; Peter S.
