<br />/2v.J L/ 0 L/ (; <br /> <br />Extract of ~1J.inutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />October It.!, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ttinnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on ~ronday, the 14th <br /> <br />day of October, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />curley, Linebarger and Shields. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of notice of hearing on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement No. <br /> <br />ST-68-24 in accordance with the resolution adopted September 9, <br /> <br />1968, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory <br /> <br />and was directed to be filed by the ~anager. The Village <br /> <br />Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing <br /> <br />to all affected property owners, which certificate was examined <br /> <br />and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the <br /> <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed <br /> <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as <br />
