After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing at the public hearing for Storm Sewer Improvement No. ST-68-24, Councilman Linebarqer then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption~ Resolution No. 4040 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE COl~STRUCTION OF STORM SEWER IMPROVEl/EJJT NO. ST-68-24 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429, AS Al4ElmED BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed construction of Storm Sewer Improvement No.ST-68-24 consisting of the construction of storm sewers and appurtenances in con- junction with Ramsey County and the Minnesota Highway Department on Hamline Avenue from County Road B to County Road B-2: and, on a proposed easement located approximately 180 feet west of the centerline of Dellwood Streed from the south right-of-way line of Trunk Higb'\.,ay No. 36 to approximately 200 feet south, as described in the notice of hearing at a cost presently estimated to be approximately $36,342, and SUbstantially in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility t~ereof which is not on file in the office of the Village ~anager: and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be con- structed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the notice of hearing: and that the village Public Works Director is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the cons~ruction of said J.mprovement.
