<br />NOTICE OF HI:iARING <br />ON IMPROVE;MEl'iT NO. ltT-68-28 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINi~ESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the village of <br />Roseville, Y.1i.nnesota, will meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />270l North lexington Avenue, on the lath day of November, 1968, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a publiC hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed ]mprovement No. <br />W-68-28 to be located generally in the area of Hamline Avenue <br />between Larpenteur Avenue and Garden Avenue consisting of the <br />replacement of an existing 3 inch galvanized iron water main with <br />a new 6 inch cast iron water main and other necessary appurtenances <br />under a cooperative agreemel1t to be made with the Village of Falcon <br />Heights providing for the construction of the improvement by that <br />village. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $11,000.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the im- <br />provement shall be that part of the Village of Roseville abutting <br />Hamline Avenue between Larpenteur Avenue and Garden Avenue. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the Village council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />october 14, 1968. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Richard W.
