MINNESOTi\, HELD October 14, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota. was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday. the 14th day of October. 1968. at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Moll. Councilmen Curley. Linebarger and Shields and the following was absent: Councilman Grauel Councilman Shields then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 4044 WHEREi\5. a certain body of water in the Village of Rosevil1e lying north of County Road B-2 and West of Dunlap Street, known as Willow Pond. is an important sewaent of the municipal storm drainage system; AND WHEREAS, the neighbors adjoining the pond have questioned the desirability of the levels at which the pond is maintained; NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA: That the Public Works Director is hereby directed to establish a level at which Willow Pond is to be maintained. Said level to be consistent with good engineering practice as to the functioning of the pond in the overall storm drainage system of the municipality. The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
