<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF t<1EETING OF THE VILLi\GE <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTi\, HELD October 14, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota. was duly <br />held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday. the 14th day of <br />October. 1968. at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll. Councilmen <br />Curley. Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />Councilman Shields then introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4044 <br /> <br />WHEREi\5. a certain body of water in the Village of Rosevil1e <br />lying north of County Road B-2 and West of Dunlap Street, known as <br />Willow Pond. is an important sewaent of the municipal storm drainage <br />system; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the neighbors adjoining the pond have questioned <br />the desirability of the levels at which the pond is maintained; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the Public Works Director is hereby directed to establish <br />a level at which Willow Pond is to be maintained.
