<br />.Form 2521 Rev. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 4045 <br /> <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Vi1la~e <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Roseville duly held on the day of <br />- <br /> <br />t 19__, the follow- <br /> <br />ing Resolution was offered by <br /> <br />MelJlber Gl:~e 1 <br /> <br />seconded by <br /> <br />Member Lineb~r2er <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br /> <br />plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 394 <br /> <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number <br /> <br />351rJ <br /> <br />within the corporate limits <br /> <br />of the <br /> <br />Village of Rosevi1le <br /> <br />from the <br /> <br />W. Village Limits <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />St. Stephens St. <br /> <br />j and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br /> <br />identified as Layout No. llA, S.P. 2783-03 & h284-25 (35W=JQ4) from 0.2 Mi. <br />E. of Stinson Blvd. in Mpls. to St. Stephens St. in Roseville <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br /> <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary pla~" as hereinafter used in <br /> <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br /> <br />to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br /> <br />particularly identified and described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary-plans for the <br /> <br />improvement or- Trunk Highway Number <br /> <br />394 <br /> <br />,renumbered Trunk Highway <br /> <br />Number 35W <br /> <br />within the limits of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville be and <br /> <br />hereby are approved. <br />
