<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD OCTOBER 21, 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on May 13, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Grauel, Councilmen Linebarger, <br /> <br />Curley and Shields <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolu- <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4048 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING PART OF COPE AVENUE WEST <br />OF DALE STREET. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The majority of the owners of property <br />hereinafter described have requested the Village Council <br />by proper Petition to vacate such street in accordance <br />with law, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was noticed for September <br />4, 1968, on said proposed vacation preceded by two weeks' <br />published and posted notice; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said public hearing was held on September <br />4, 1968, and all persons interested were given an opportunity <br />to be heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the <br />best interest of the Village, the public and adjoining <br />property owners to approve said proposed vacation, <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
