<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br /> <br />re gular <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday , <br /> <br />the 21st day of October, 1968, at 7: 30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.M. <br />- <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Grauel, <br />Councilmen Linebarger, Curley and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor /via 11 <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Shields <br /> <br />then introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4049 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-28 AND 67-39 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for Improvements 67-39 <br />and <br />No. 67-28, according to the plans and specifications thereof on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Village Manager of said village, said <br /> <br />bids were received on October 18, 1968, at 11:30 o'clock A.M., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids <br /> <br />were received complying with the advertisement: <br />
