The M3.yor and l',hnager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Robert ~ns of Adrian, r-tinnesota, low <br />bidder, in the name of the Village of Roseville for the site grading <br />and parking lot development of the Roseville Ice Arena site according <br />to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village Council <br />and on file in the office of the Village r-bnager. <br /> <br />2.
