<br />EXTRACT OF MINur ES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD OCTOBER 21, 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />October 21, 1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Grauel, <br />Councilmen Linebarger, Curley and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 4052 <br />-- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER TO <br />APPLY FOR CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LANDS FOR <br />PARK AND RECREATION PURPOSES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has been informed that the <br />hereinafter described property is tax forfeited land, <br />is unimproved and not suitable for private development, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said land is adjacent to an already <br />existing park owned by the Village of Roseville known <br />as Acorn Park, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council believes that said land is <br />suitable and needed for a park and recreation site, as <br />part of the Village park program, <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE# BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized <br />to apply to the Ramsey County Board of County Commissioners <br />for the conveyance of the following described property: <br />
