<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD OCTOBER 21, 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />PQrsQant to dQe call and notice thereof, a regQlar <br />meeting of the Village COQncil of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />dQly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />October 21, 1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Grauel, <br />Councilmen Linebarger, Curley and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Member Curley introdQced the following <br />ResolQtion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4053 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER TO <br />APPLY FOR CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LANDS FOR <br />PARK AND RECREATION PURPOSES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the COQncil has been informed that the <br />hereinafter described property is tax forfeited land, <br />is unimproved and not sQitable for private development, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said lands are sQrroQnded by an already <br />existing park owned by the Village and there is no access <br />to said land except throQgh Village property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the COQncil believes that said land is <br />sQitable and needed for a park and recreation site, as <br />part of the Village park program, <br /> <br />NOW" THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the Mayor and Manager are hereby aQthorized <br />to apply to the Ramsey COQnty Board of County Commissioners <br />for the conveyance of Lot 10, Block 1, Josephine Court <br />Addition to the Village of Roseville to be used for a <br />
