<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD OCTOBER 21, 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />October 21, 1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Grauel J <br />Councilmen Linebarger, Curley and Shields <br />and the following members were absent: Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4054 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN TAX <br />FORFEITED LAND CLASSIFIED AS NONCONSERVATION LAND AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO FILE A CERTIFIED COpy <br />OF THIS RESOLUTION IN THE OFFICE OF THE LAND COMMISSIONER. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of <br />Ramsey County by resolution dated September 9, 1968, <br />classified as nonconservation land, certain land lying <br />within the limits of the Village of Roseville legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />SEE EXHIBIT II A II WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO <br />AND MADE A PART HEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification <br />resolution together with a list of the land classified <br />has been submitted for approval of the classification and <br />sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, <br />Section 282.01, sub. Ii <br />
