The University <br />of Minnesota has a Water Resources Center that plays a significant role in <br />water quality research. <br />DNR Waters Permit Request for Review and Comments regarding dredging <br />around and expanding the ramp footprint. <br />Rain garden Close Out -Lee Jerombek -this item was moved to invoices to <br />be approved, as the invoice has not been paid. <br />DNR Amended Public Waters Work Permit <br />Minnesota Association of Watershed Districts, Inc. Annual Meeting and Trade <br />Show to be held December 3-5, 2009, in Alexandria, Minnesota. <br />B-2 Financial Report <br />Schwartz reported that the budget balance does not include the invoices to be approved <br />for payment at this meeting. The easier format of the financial report will be available <br />for the Board at the next meeting. He also noted that neither the City of Shoreview <br />nor Roseville have submitted invoices for administrative support for the 2009 <br />calendar year. The current fund balance is approximately $130,000. <br />Westerberg moved, Ferrington seconded a motion to approve the financial report as <br />submitted. VOTE: Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 <br />C Invoices <br />Three invoices were presented for payment approval, two from Barr Engineering and <br />one from Avenet for the website program totaling $6,886.20. The rain garden <br />invoice from Lee Jarombek in the amount of $600 was added for approval. <br />Ferrington stated that at the last meeting general figures were discussed about the cost of <br />moving the website from Shoreview to Roseville, which he would like to see updated <br />regularly. Schwartz added that at the end of the meeting it was the consensus of the <br />Board to update the website using the budgeted amount of $2,000. The invoice presented <br />from Avenet includes the first year of maintenance. Training took place a week ago to <br />maintain it in-house at Roseville. It is planned to be up and running within the next two <br />
