NO. 406 Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 6th day of December, 1960, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. The following nembers were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Carlson, Flanagan, Shields and Whitback; and the following were absent: None. '0 If I) ..L~..:.:;..;;'-'.....G~'j.l.U';, "'". . !,_...)\""';) RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIO~NT OF ASSESSMENTS AS TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rose- ville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the Couhty Auditor of Ramsey County and, WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Saniatary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment ~gainst each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Coun- cil of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and there- after. NO'w THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original IEsessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described properties:
