<br />NO. 406 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, <br />Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 6th day of December, 1960, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following nembers were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Carlson, Flanagan, Shields and Whitback; and the following were absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />(.~ -1" , 1-\/', <br />"'OC''''> .....,-- _.<-. '0 If I) <br />..L~..:.:;..;;'-'.....G~'j.l.U';, "'". . !,_...)\""';) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIO~NT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS <br />AS TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rose- <br />ville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No.1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified <br />to the Couhty Auditor of Ramsey County and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 <br />at which time assessments for Saniatary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed <br />in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained <br />within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by <br />previous property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment ~gainst each original tract where <br />it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Coun- <br />cil of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be <br />extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br />commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and there- <br />after. <br /> <br />NO'w THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />does hereby make the following apportionment of original IEsessments as <br />contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of <br />July 24, 1958 against the following described properties: <br />
