EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of september, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. . . The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8980 Final acceptance, 1992 City Contract B WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on April 27, 1992, T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. of North st. Paul, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with 1992 Contract B including the following projects: P-92-02, Neighborhood 54, Sandhurst Drive street reconstruction Neighborhood 63, Shryer, Ryan, Oxford, Draper, Chatsworth street reconstruction P-92-08, Neighborhood 25, Oakcrest (MSA) overlay Neighborhood 54, Albert (MSA) overlay P-92-09, Neighborhood 49, T.H. 36 Frontage and Herschel overlay Neighborhood 54, Commerce and State Farm Road overlay P-92-10, Neighborhood 54, Pascal and Commerce street reconstruction NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
