Paul, Mlnnesota, on M::mday, the 21st <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Octobe r <br /> <br />, 196.JL, at 7 :30 0' clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Grauel, Cotmcilmen Curley, <br />Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />Mayor Moll <br /> <br />l<1ember Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4063 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RErATING 'lQ APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING 'lQ SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 4 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of lbseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.l as finally <br />amended and adopted. on October 14, 1963, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained wi thin said <br /> <br />assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property own- <br /> <br />ers and <br />
