Organizational Items <br />A-1 Approval of Minutes for October 25, 2007 <br />Eckman noted the following corrections under item No. D-4: <br />Insert "cost-share program" after RCD in the first paragraph; <br />Insert "GLWMO" after "$10,000 for" in the fifth paragraph and strike the remainder of <br />the sentence after the words, "cost-share program." <br />Correction to spelling of BWSR in sixth paragraph. <br />It was the consensus of the Board to approve the October 25, 2007 minutes as <br />corrected. <br />B.
